Keto Deviled Eggs are one of my favorite appetizers especially for entertaining or around holidays. They can take a few tries to master but are super high in fat with a good amount of protein and thus extremely Keto-friendly. This recipe comes courtesy of my husband, who barely knows his way around the kitchen except for making deviled eggs and the occasional pork roll breakfast sandwich. So if he can do this, so can you!
The first crucial skill to master to make a good deviled egg is learning how to cook a hard boiled egg. There’s a variety of different methods out there to make the ‘best’ hard boiled egg so I won’t rehash them here, but if I had to pick one, I think this is a solid method.
That said, the BEST way to make the PERFECT hard boiled eggs 100% OF THE TIME with minimal effort is using an egg cooker like this. Yes, maybe it’s a cheat, and yes I totally rolled my eyes when my husband first suggested buying one, but it’s now a staple in my kitchen and it’s more than paid for itself (as we’re no longer throwing away eggs from cooking flops!).
For the recipe itself, you’ll need 6 large eggs, some mayonnaise, yellow mustard, horseradish cream sauce (Optional) and a few spices (garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika and pepper).
Lastly, I topped off my Keto Deviled Eggs with some Bacon Bits but you can skip this step if you prefer. Just follow the easy steps below to prepare the rest of your Keto Deviled Eggs and ENJOY!
